Reserves Reports of AUR

Aurum Gold (AUR) is a token that provides you ownership of real physical gold. By putting gold on a blockchain, we unlock a variety of characteristics that typically only crypto assets possess.

As part of our continued commitment to transparency, we publish Aurum Gold Reserves reports quarterly.1 In addition, independent auditors' reports on the Aurum Gold Reserves reports are prepared by a third-party accounting firm as of the end of each quarter.2 Our reports demonstrate that the Gold Reserves contain at least 1 fine troy ounce of gold for each Aurum Gold token.

  1. There are 25,077.090000 AUR tokens that have been minted, 19,800.420000 AUR of which have been sold and 5,276.670000 AUR of which are available for sale.5
  2. The fair market value of gold held by the Custodian in respect of the AUR tokens that have been sold is equal to US$ 78,973,975 at a price of US$ 3,988.50 per fine troy ounce.
  3. The fair market value of the gold held by the Custodian in respect of the AUR tokens available for sale is equal to US$ 21,045,998 at a price of US$ 3,988.50 per fine troy ounce.

The independent auditor's engagement procedures are conducted in accordance with criteria established by the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board for reasonable assurance engagements. The reports are limited solely to the Aurum Gold Reserves report and the corresponding determination of Gold Reserves held by the Custodian as of a specific date.
  3. There is limited guidance from accounting standards setting bodies on applying complex financial accounting rules to digital assets. Aurum Gold applies what it understands to be currently applicable accounting standards.
